If you purchase REALvision Online’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction—your Content. Our Services are designed to make it simple for you to create & store your files, documents, photos, thumbnails, comments, messages, and so on (“Your Content”), collaborate with others, work across multiple devices, and simplify your 3D printing workflow. To make that possible, we store, process, and transmit Your Content as well as information related to it. This related information includes your profile information that makes it easier to collaborate and share Your Content with others, as well as things like the size of the file, the time it was uploaded, collaborators, and usage activity. Our Services provide you with different options for sharing Your Content. Contacts. You may choose to give us access to your contacts to make it easy for you to do things like share and collaborate on Your Content, send messages, and invite others to use the Services. If you do, we’ll store those contacts on our servers for you to use—usage information. We collect information related to how you use the Services, including actions you take in your account (like sharing, editing, viewing, creating, and moving files, folders, or projects). We use this information to improve our Services, develop new services and features, and protect REALvision Online users. Device information. We also collect information from and about the devices you use to access the Services. This includes things like IP addresses, the type of browser and device you use, 3D Printer model information, the web page you visited before coming to our sites, and identifiers associated with your devices. Your devices (depending on their settings) may also transmit location information to the Services. Cookies and other technologies. We use technologies like cookies and pixel tags to provide, improve, protect, and promote our Services. For example, cookies help us with things like remembering your username for your next visit, understanding how you are interacting with our Services, and improving them based on that information. You can set your browser to not accept cookies, but this may limit your ability to use the Services. Marketing. We give users the option to use some of our Services free of charge. These free Services are made possible by the fact that some users upgrade to one of our paid Services. If you register for our free Services, we will, from time to time, send you information about upgrades when permissible. Users who receive these marketing materials can opt out at any time. If you do not want to receive marketing materials from us, simply click the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email, or update your preferences in the Notifications section of your personal account. We sometimes contact people who do not have an REALvision Online account. For recipients in the EU, we or a third party will obtain consent before contacting you. If you receive an email and no longer wish to be contacted by REALvision Online, you can unsubscribe and remove yourself from our contact list via the message itself.
Security. Create it REAL Aps REALvision Online uses industry standard security measures on all of our products. These security measures protect the information under our control against loss, misuse, and alteration. Highly sensitive information, such as credit card information and passwords, are encrypted via industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Although we work very hard to protect your personal information, it is impossible for any company to have perfect security. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our products. Transmission of your data to us is at your own risk. User Controls. If you need to correct or remove your personal information, in most cases you can do this from your account settings within the product. Retention. When you sign up for an account with us, we’ll retain information you store on our Services for as long as your account is in existence or as long as we need it to provide you the Services. If you delete your account, we will initiate deletion of this information after 30 days. But please note: (1) there might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and back-up storage; and (2) we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Segment is a data platform, where we store event and users data. It’s through Segment that we share data with other service providers on the list above. No cookies from other service providers are therefore stored in your browser. Mixpanel is a web analytics service offered by Mixpanel inc. that tracks and reports website traffic. Mixpanel uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. Data is stored within the EU. SmartLook and Lucky Orange is a web analytics service that records users on websites and in iOS & Android apps. With features that allow us to monitor the user’s clicks in order to improve the user’s experience on our website and make it easy to navigate. Active Campaign is used to send campaign and automated e-mails. Active Campaign enables analysis of how users are engaging with marketing material, and creates the possibility for us to send relevant messages at the right time. We use Google Analytics to monitor user behavior on our website pages, only to improve the experience for the user.

Google Ads is an advertising network that allows us to advertise on Google’s network of websites. We use event data to optimise the performance of our ads on the network.
Facebook Ads is and advertising network that allows us to advertise on Facebooks network of websites. Incl. Facebook.com and Instagram.com. We use event data to optimise the performance of our Ads on the network.
Our Service does not address anyone under the digital consent age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under this age without a parents consent. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
